How long does it take to heat up?
Under a minute on the highest setting, then it holds a steady temperature until you change it.
Does it switch itself off?
Yes. Set the timer anywhere from 1 to 12 hours and the controller shuts the heating element off automatically. Overheating protection runs the whole time.
Can I machine wash it?
Yes. Detach the control panel first, then wash cold at 30°C on a gentle cycle. Do not iron and do not dry clean.
Can I use it away from a socket?
It runs from a standard wall outlet through the included controller, so keep it within reach of a socket.
